Tulip Lemon Shoot
This amazing new tulip is more of a peony than a tulip. Huge, full double flowers that are charmingly fringed. Last year a bed of tulip ‘Lemon Shoot’ was exhibited in the Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands and it was one of the most photographed tulips of the season. When these tulips reach the first flowering they show a very pretty creamy yellow color. They also have the added bonus of a deliciously sweet perfume. In the Netherlands the first flowers are used in bouquets, and flower arrangers win prize after prize with this beautiful tulip. Imagine a vase full of this kind of spring splendor and you can understand why.
An absolute must-have for this season!
