Allium Globemaster
Without a doubt the longest blooming Allium, producing by far the most flowers, on one meter long stems. When bloom starts, flowers are ten to fifteen centimeters in diameter. Then the magic kicks in: from the heart of the flower new little flowers appear, every single day, and bloom, each on a slightly longer stem. This process goes on for weeks and may result in a flower with a diameter of some thirty centimeters. Amazingly beautiful.
