Braising Mix
This braising mix contains mostly brassicas. Sown thickly in fertile soil, the seeds grow quickly into young plants ready for harvest. Tender and quickly wilted when harvested 4-8 weeks after sowing; or, enjoy the thinnings taken at this interval and let the remaining plants mature into adulthood–a dozen big brassicas will provide ample greens for the rest of the season for one or two people.
