Ruby Red Orach
Grown as part of an edible landscaping plan, this gorgeous and mild-tasting green can be eaten raw or cooked as an alternative to spinach. Sauté Orach’s vibrant magenta leaves with butter and garlic, liven up soups and pasta dishes, or brighten salads. Does well in containers or densely sowed for vibrantly-hued microgreens. Continuously pinch back the mature plant for heavier production of tender, arrow-shaped leaves.
